Families flocked to Miami Children's Hospital Foundation’s kick-off party held at Aventura Mall in celebration of the 10th Anniversary of Hugs & Kisses Family Fun Day, which will be held at the Mall on April 26 from 9 am to noon. Co-Chairs Norma Quintero and Nancy Batchelor welcomed families to an invitation only afternoon. Deliciously decorated cupcakes from Alisa’s Hand Painted Bistro abounded while guests enjoyed delicious panini and wine, courtesy of Ocean Prime and Lounge. All were entertained by face painters, balloon artists and a live fashion show by Adolfo Dominguez, Intimacy, AG Adriano Goldschmied, Lounge, Hello Kitty by Victoria Couture. The Hugs & Kisses Family Fun Day in April will showcase the award winning musical, “Hairspray” while supporters enjoy a gourmet brunch, family fashion show and “I Make a Difference” awards ceremony, honoring student philanthropists in the community. br>
