10th Annual Hugs & Kisses Family Fun Day for Miami Children's Hospital Foundation
Nancy Batchelor and Norma Quintero Co-hosted the fashion show, brunch and “I Make a Difference” award ceremony at Aventura Mall, Sunday, April 26th. Ten students received the second annual “I Make a Difference” Award, the Foundation’s unique concept of honoring young philanthropists for their above and beyond commitment to others. Guests included Stacy and John Bolduc, Monica and James Goldsmith, Jennifer and Richard Postrel, David Scheiner and Lauren and Charlie Fernandez. CBS4’s Lisa Petrillo emceed for the second year. Also on hand Stephanie Marie Lozano, Miss FIU and Ital Carmel who sang two songs from the musical “Hairspray”, the theme of the day’s event.
Special thanks go to the Foundations partners; Anabel Llopis, Director of Marketing, Aventura Mall, Social Affairs Magazine and Premier Beverage. The 75 models who walked the fashion show catwalk were the vision of spring.
