| Following registration and lunch the 36 foursomes played a best ball format on the Marlin and Barracuda courses – South Motors of Dade donated a BMW SUV for the hole-in-one, which no one won! After the cocktail reception and dinner, crystal awards were presented to the $10,000 sponsors: Arellano Construction and Smith Seckman Reid; and to the $5,000 sponsors: AT&T, CCRD Partners/Perkins + Will, Formcrete, Humana and Tri-City Electric. Each of the 36 corporate sponsors received a wooden engraved box containing glass coasters. 1st place was won by the FMA Construction team: Felipe Echarte, Jr., Bill Rotella, Felipe Echarte & Joe LaRocca. 2nd place was the team from Stericyle and 3rd place the team from Corporate Express. Over $1.5 million has been raised in the 26 years of the event and this year the tournament raised over $132,000.
